The Highly Commended 2007 IOV Award placed "The Empty Photograph" is movie written and produced by Phil Janvier, released on the 10th November 2007,now only £5(plus p+p). The aim is to sell a thousand copies in order to raise funds for the St Stephen's Centre and Church, Gateacre, Liverpool, L25 2PQ.
